Established in 2018, the main purpose of this take-away outlet was to give customers the best of our Kalyaana Saapadu whenever they desired. As our customer base grew, we expanded our menu to include a variety of signature sweets and savouries, which quickly became popular among our patrons. Today, our outlet proudly features a vast array of freshly made sweets and savouries, prepared and filled-in daily from our kitchen.
Among our customer favorites are our South Indian specials, including more-kali with vatthakuzhmbu, ammini kozhakatti, uppittu, and elai adai. However, it is our Adaipradhaman that has truly captured the hearts of many.
What Makes our Adaipradhaman a Standout Delight?
Notable, we gained popularity over the years for our Signature “Adaipradhaman”. This ‘made-from-scratch” recipe is our best-seller even today (And no… we don’t use milk-maid in our preparation). Adai is made to ‘padham’ by our masters and cut into small pieces ,which is then added to the paayasam, made by boiling pure milk for extended periods and condensed to perfection. The paayasam making process demands intense manual effort, as it requires constant stirring to achieve consistency and careful supervision to prevent it from scorching. The precision in boiling the milk and balancing the sugar content are crucial to delivering the perfect taste.
